By ISIS standards, maintenance does not only cover repairs under QA
procedures, it means a complete coverage of the systems and unlimited
support for their users, whether they be surgeons, surgical team members,
or technical staff.
In order to meet all their requirements, our team of service and
applications engineers offers a worldwide technical and clinical
support, either on site or on the net. This will optimize the daily use
of their systems.
The supply of updates and specific consumables (fiducial markers,
xenon lamps, sterile drapes for the SurgiScope, infrared navigation
systems etc…) completes our customized offer.
While our customers can always rely on material compatible with the
original specifications and performances, they also regularly receive
both minor updates (included in our maintenance agreements) and major
upgrades during the whole life of their system.
